Rebirth

          
I woke up one morning to a song
I was so touched by the song
The lesson learnt from that song is what I'm basing this article on
Most often we always blame people on our misfortune
We tend to tell the world about the problems we are facing
We give our attention to things which do not in one bit add a positive influence in our lives
Don't you think it is about time you gave up that habit
Don't you think you have had enough of the blaming game
Do you even think the world wants to know what is actually going on in your lives
We have to channel our energy to somewhere else and stop relying on only one avenue
Create chances for yourself and stop slacking
In the beginning we tend to see things in only one perspective but as we are growing our scope widens
We mature but what is maturing when we can't for once think diversly when we cannot rely on our fears to prove to the world that behind our fear lies your greatest arsenal
We pray for life but we don't do what it takes to keep it
We fight for what is in our interest but have you ever done that for other people
We cloud our thought with unnecessary actions
Rebirth is all about we directing our compass towards the one with light
Changing our view of things and working towards what seem difficult to attain
Helping each other on the ladder and refrain from unencouraging words to another
Its our prayer to be victorious
But what is the essence of being a Victor when your people are still in captivity
A wise man once said "the independence of Ghana is meaningless unless it is toward the total liberation of Africa"
Our own people milking us dry
We the youth wanting to move to other countries
What is it we have done
Rebirth shouldn't be only us
Rebirth should cloud our thoughts of the possibility of making it through the right path
Crying won't solve a thing
Prayer won't help either
But by working collectively will bring out the goodness in us
Rebirth is a dynamic way of life
Aimed at changing the perception of our people on life
It is sad when We fail to give ourselves a chance to life
A chance to do something good
A chance to correct our mistakes and stand a chance of trying again
